Oldboy (2003)

Number two in the Vengeance trilogy. Can it be better the Mr Vengeance? And will it be overshadowed by Lady Vengeance, released only two years later? And How dark and twisted can Chan-wook Park make this film?

Me? I'm a sort of scholar. And my major is you. A scholar studying Dae-su Oh; an expert on Dae-su Oh.

Laugh and the world laughs with you. Weep and you weep alone.

If they had told me it was going to be fifteen years, would it have been easier to endure?

Sympathy for Mr Vengeance (2002)

Film one of the Vengeance trilogy. Does this set of films start on a high note or not?

I know you're a good guy, but you know why I have to kill you.

Iron man 2 (2010)

The sequel to a big blockbuster. But is it as good?

Tony Stark: Well, you can forget it. I am Iron Man. The suit and I are one. To turn over the Iron Man suit would be to turn over myself, which is tantamount to indentured servitude or prostitution, depending on what state you're in. You can't have it.
Senator Stern: Look, I'm no expert...
Tony Stark: In prostitution? You're a senator. Come on.

Smiley faces (2007)

This film is bad. On every level. It made some nice attempts are looking good and brought in many famous names. But it really wan't worth the money or effort needed to create it.

Shall we say a few words about Brevin Ericson? Shall we say a few words about love? For Brevin Ericson is completely, 100%, head-over-heels, in love. Perhaps it's difficult for you to comprehend how anybody could be so passionately-inclined toward someone like this.

Ocean Waves (1993)

Studio Ghibli's most bizarre film. Why? Because it is just normal people doing normal things in our real world. Does this mean that fans of their regular films should avoid it? read on to find out or choose for yourself!

'So that's it. Now I realise the real reason why Matsuno called me up. When I realised he fancied her I was unreasonably upset. Don't go for her. Women are only into how guys look anyhow. Women never appreciate you for your personality.'

Kick-Ass (2010)

I have waited three years for the sequel so I can watch both in quick succession. Was Kick Ass worth the wait or is it a big disappointment?

I'll be honest, there wasn't a whole lot of crime-fighting in those first few weeks. But even so, my new vocation kept me plenty busy. I called it preparation. But if you called it fantasizing, it would've been hard to argue. All I knew was, I never felt so good about myself.

Les Misérables (2012)

Les Miserables, a massive start filled film, given so much mixed feedback from so many people. But is it really as bad as some say?

'It is time for us all to decide who we are. Do we fight for the right to a night at the opera now? Have you asked of yourself what's the price you might pay? Is this simply a game for a rich young boy to play? The colours of the world are changing day by day! Red, the blood of angry men! Black, the dark of ages past! Red, a world about to dawn! Black, the night that ends at last!'

Cattle Call (2006)

Cattle Call, another film by National Lampoon, but is this in their high end or their low end?

'Do you like baseball? Then you're going to love Monday, we play baseball all day long on Monday!
Do you like meatballs? Then you're going to love Tuesdays, meatballs all day long on Tuesdays!
Do you like being rammed up the butt? Then you're gonna HATE Wednesdays!!'

Big Stan (2007)

This Film is bad. But so bad that it's funny? Or so so bad it should be avoided?

So you are The Masters number one. I didn't see that one coming(!)

Imagine This (2008 West end show on DVD)

A small, unknown West End musical. Cancelled after just one months worth of performances. Was that justified or should it be brought back?

'The music, the laughter, the sweet ever after was ours on the last days of summer.
I kissed you my one rose, you smiled and the sun rose. That day, It was the last days of summer'

007: Quantum of Solace (2008)

Daniel Craig's second Bond film. Is it worth your time,or is it one of the worse Bond films yet?

M: If you could avoid killing every possible lead, it would be deeply appreciated.
Bond: I'll do my best.
M: I've heard that before.

007: Casino Royal (2006)

Bond is back after a four year waiting period with his first mission ever. Was it worth the wait or is his first time the worst time?

M: 'Sometimes we pay so much attention to our enemies, we forget to watch our friends as well.'

M (1931)

'What do you know about it? Who are you anyway? Who are you? Criminals? Are you proud of yourselves? Proud of breaking safes or cheating at cards? Things you could just as well keep your fingers off.

Black Mirror; The Waldo Moment (2013)

'Look, we don't need politicians. We all have iPhone's and computers right? So any decision that need to be made, any policy we just put it on-line. Let the people vote, thumbs up, thumbs down. Majority wins. That's a democracy, that's and actual democracy!'

Black Mirror; White Bear (2013)

The Omen (1976)

'When the Jews return to Zion,
And a comet rips the sky,
And the Holy Roman Empire rises,
Then you and I must die.

From the eternal sea he rises,
Creating armies on either shore,
Turning man against his brother,
'Til man exists no more.'

Star Trek (2009)

"McCoy: Don't pander to me, kid. One tiny crack in the hull and our blood boils in thirteen seconds. Solar flare might crop up, cook us in our seats. And wait'll you're sitting pretty with a case of Andorian shingles, see if you're still so relaxed when your eyeballs are bleeding. Space is disease and danger wrapped in darkness and silence.

Kirk: Well, I hate to break this to you, but Starfleet operates in space."
